WHERE IT ALL BEGAN
ATHLETIC NATURE
As a child I was always athletic. I played basketball, ran track, and did martial arts. Later on as I matured , that competitive nature and athleticism turned into a love and passion for health and fitness. I looked to my uncle for guidance because he was a martial artist who practiced calisthenics himself.

He pointed me in the direction of the calisthenics community. Shortly after getting acquainted with the calisthenics scene, I quickly rose to the top of the female arena, being one of the first woman to achieve first place in the most muscle ups at a calisthenics competition.
BUILDING A BRAND

Growing up in a household that practiced Holistic Health, I created a brand of my own, HEALUMINATI LLC. I provide natural plant based supplements, herbal medicine, and wellness guidance. Through this, I am able to help athletes achieve plant based diets and alternatives for healthy muscle gains and inflammation reduction using natural herbs.
A BRIEF HIATUS
FDNY FIREFIGHTER
In April 2023, I took a brief hiatus from the calisthenics scene to complete the FDNY training academy. I breezed through the calisthenics portion of their training program and graduated with the most reps in pull-ups and pushups amongst both men and women. Now as a NYC firefighter I will be training new candidates and future firefighters as they prepare for the FDNY academy.
