What we do

Our two-hour workshop blocks include 90 minutes of expert-led instruction, combining physical training with intentional reflection and real-world mindset coaching. Each workshop is centered around our core philosophies:

What To Expect

Each workshop is structured for clarity and impact. Whether you're hosting a group of young people, employees, or athletes, our trainers tailor the session to meet participants where they are.

  • Introductions & Welcome: 15 minutes 

  • Foundations: 30 minutes 

    • Trainers give focused instruction and movement breakdowns with clear guidance and modifications for all levels. 

  • Pushing Limits: 30 minutes 

    •  Set-based training to challenge participants at their own pace. 

  • Internal Strength: 30 minutes 

    • Group discussion led by our trainers, emphasizing the mind-body connection, mental resilience, and the compounding power of consistent effort. 

  • Wrap Up & One on One Demos: 15 minutes
